GSPL collects Incinerable hazardous waste generated from the industries located in Gujarat  in form of liquid, highly viscous liquid, solid and semi solid and  incinerate the same as per the guidelines of CPCB and GPCB. Any Industries situated in the state of Gujarat can avail the services of GSPL.

Salient Features of Incineration Plant:

• Incineration capacity of 10 Millioncal./hour. It is equivalent to incinerate 100 MT/day of hazardous waste.
• The waste charging and ash removal system is completely mechanized.
• Maintain around 850°C in primary furnace and around 1200°C in the  secondary furnace
• The total residence time shall be minimum 2 seconds in the secondary chambers
• The system has all desired process controls and in-built safety systems for ensuring smooth, safe and efficient functioning for 250-300 days in a year.
• Provided with On line Monitoring systems as per CPCB norms
• DRE: 99.9999%
• SCADA based control systems
